ControlReal 2

Ein Großteil der BactoReal und ViroReal Assays kann je nach PCR-Platform mit einem Kontrollassay (ControlReal 1, ControlReal 2, oder Internal Positive Control Assay 1, Internal Positive Control Assay 2) kombiniert werden. Die gleichzeitige Amplifikation (multiplex-PCR) des gewünschten Targets und einer Internen Positiv Kontrolle schließt falsch-negative Resultate durch PCR-Inhibition aus.

ControlReal 2 wurde für die LightCycler^® 1.1/1.2/1.5/2.0 Instrumente und für einige Anwendungen im ABI PRISM^® 7500 (Fast) Instrument validiert.

 

Folgende BactoReal und ViroReal Assays können mit ControlReal 2 auf den LightCycler® 1.1/1.2/1.5/2.0 Instrumenten verwendet werden:

- ViroReal CMV
- ViroReal HHV-6A
- ViroReal HHV-6B
- ViroReal HHV-6A, B
-ViroReal Parvovirus B19
- ViroReal VZV

 

Folgende BactoReal Assays können mit ControlReal 2 auf dem ABI PRISM^® 7500 (Fast) Instrument verwendet werden:

- BactoReal Leptospira spp. Multiplex (16S rDNA + LipL32)
- BactoReal Leptospira spp. (16S rDNA)
